Acceptance of Terms
The Use of this portal is subject to the privacy policy agreement stated below. By using the site, you agree to the terms and conditions, and the privacy policy. If you do not agree to be bound by this agreement and the portal’s privacy policy, you must discontinue your use of the portal.
Permissions / Approvals
We grant you the right to view and use this portal subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement. Specifically, you may do the following:
- You can only view and access the portions of the portal to which access is allowed.
- Download and/or print a copy of content contained on the portal for your use only.
- You are prohibited from copying or using any information or content, including any intellectual property, contained on the Portal in whole or in part, for any other purpose.
- You are prohibited from deleting or altering any copyright notice when downloading any content from any part of the portal.
Confirmation
Upon completion of your online registration, you will be sent a confirmation by email. The confirmation is sent to the email address provided on the registration forms and will show whether we have received your payment or not.
Payment
If you wish to make any payments for a Service, you may be asked to supply certain information relevant to your payment details including but not limited to your mobile money number, VISA and MasterCard details etc.
All registration costs referred to are in Cedis (GH₵) and registration payments must be made in Cedis (GH₵); no other currency will be accepted. Full payment is due for the registration fees. Registrations are only confirmed once the required payment has been received and it must be noted that monies paid are not refundable.
The online registration platform is a secured site. VISA, MasterCard and Mobile Money are the only accepted platforms. Please enter all relevant information on the registration form. Upon completion of the online registration process, you will receive a paid invoice (receipt) by email or by SMS. Payment by Mobile Money is highly recommended thus your registration is immediately confirmed.
Name Changes
For name changes, an administrative fee will be charged. For each name change you must notify the Agency’s registration office by e-mail to certification@nita.gov.gh before the given deadline. Name change participants agree to take over all booked program items of the originally registered participant.
Trademarks, Copyrights, and Intellectual Property Issues
- The Portal contains text, graphics, photographs, videos, information and other content that is (a) the property of the National Information Technology Agency (NITA) and our licenses are protected by state, national and international laws pertaining to copyrights, trademarks, trade secrets and other proprietary rights.
- An agreement has to be reached not to copy, modify, adapt, translate, distribute, transmit, reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble any aspect of the portal except as specifically authorized by NITA.
Trademarks, Copyrights, and Intellectual Property Issues
- NITA reserves the right, in our sole discretion, to amend this Agreement, and to modify, add or discontinue any aspect, content or feature of the portal. Such amendments, modifications, additions or deletions shall become effective once posted on the portal.
- Continued use of the portal by you shall constitute your binding acceptance of any such amendments, modifications, additions or deletions.
